Wizdom First Empowerment Inc. was founded by Brian

and Monisha Davis with one powerful purpose—to

reach children before they face the same obstacles they

once did. Brian spent half his life in prison, and Monisha

grew up in foster care and became a teenage parent.

Together, they turned their pain into purpose, using their

stories to help youth see that their past does not define

their future. At Wizdom First Empowerment Inc., we

focus on connecting with children, teenagers, and

young adults through mentorship, storytelling, and

authentic conversation. We don’t just talk at young

people—we talk with them, creating a safe space where

they feel seen, heard, and understood. In communities

where many children witness violence and hardship

daily, Wizdom First Empowerment Inc. stands as a

beacon of hope—showing that life is more than struggle

and survival. It’s about growth, healing, and discovering

who you are meant to be.
